Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation.
• Experience supporting DHS FPS or similar security-related systems.

Responsibilities

• Support liaison activities with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve programming issues, nuisance alarms, and physical security system concerns.
• Review and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and standards related to physical security systems.
• Develop and maintain procedures supporting the collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of data within the PTS.
• Conduct in-depth reviews of regionally supplied data to ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance.
• Coordinate data integrity reviews and prepare status reporting presentations.
• Coordinate O&M efforts with the Information Technology Division (ITD) and PTS contractor.
• Provide guidance on the implementation, setup, and configuration of PTS Onsite Handheld Devices (OHDs).
• Develop written guidance, training materials, and implementation documentation for PTS OHDs and Microsoft Intun(e).
• Statistical reporting and trend analysis using Post Tracking System data.
• Help Desk issue tracking, monitor ServiceNow trends, and coordinate responses with Headquarters and regional personnel.
• Validate information contained within PTS and develop data-driven reports utilizing system reporting functions.
• Gather and document requirements for Post Order Templates within PTS.
• Assist in preparing law enforcement and protective security information briefings for stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, executive briefings, presentations, and other project documentation supporting program objectives.
