• Performs ongoing patient assessments focusing on physiologic and cognitive status.
• Develops a goal-directed care plan and prioritizes nursing diagnoses to achieve outcomes.
• Delivers care using nursing processes to reach patient outcomes.
• Establishes priorities of care based on patient needs and available resources.
• Maintains documentation promptly and accurately in the patient record.
• Collaborates with the care team to ensure consistent patient care.
• Maintains BLS and ACLS certifications and participates in mandatory trainings.
