Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care in Tremonton, UT is seeking a Post Surgery Care Aide to provide compassionate in-home care and companionship. You will assist with personal care, mobility, and daily activities, helping clients recover at home.

No extensive caregiving experience is required; CNA or related certifications are helpful. Training is provided, and shifts are flexible with competitive wages and opportunities for growth. PPE is provided and raises/incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient caregiver with reliable work history.
• Ability to follow care plans and provide personal care with attention to detail.
• CNA certification is helpful but not required; CPR certification is valued.
• Must be able to pass background check and provide transportation.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray and CPR certification are required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Be a genuine and supportive companion.
• Provide personal care and assist with daily activities.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Assist with walking, mobility and prescribed therapy exercises.
• Accompany clients to appointments and store.
• Plan and prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide Alzheimer/Dementia care as needed.
