Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care in North Ogden, UT is seeking a Post Surgery Care Aide to provide compassionate in-home support to clients recovering from surgery. This full-time role offers $16-$18 per hour (USD), with PPE provided and a family-oriented work environment.

You will perform personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, meal prep, light housekeeping, and accompany clients to appointments.

Qualifications

• Compassionate; reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Experience with seniors is beneficial; CNA certs helpful but not required.
• Patient, attentive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Be a genuine and supportive companion.
• Personal care and mobility assistance.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medication.
• Assist with walking, mobility and basic therapy exercises.
• Accompany to appointments and run errands.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Alzheimer/Dementia care support.
• Perform light housekeeping.
