Job summary

Assisting Hands Home Care in Brigham City, UT is seeking caring individuals to join our family as Post Surgery Care Aides. This full-time role offers $16 - $18 per hour (USD) with opportunities for bonuses and incentives in a supportive, family-oriented environment.

No prior caregiving experience is required, but reliability, compassion, and a willingness to learn are essential. PPE is provided and ongoing mentorship-based training is available.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient caregiver with a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable individual with a strong work history and dependable attendance.
• Team player who works well with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Experience in in-home care is beneficial; not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet health requirements.

Responsibilities

• Be a genuine and supportive companion to clients.
• Provide personal care and assist with daily activities.
• Remind clients to take prescribed medications.
• Assist with walking, mobility, and light exercise.
• Accompany clients to appointments and store visits.
• Plan and prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide Alzheimer/Dementia care as needed.
