Job summary

Spire Motorsports is seeking a Tear Down Supervisor to lead the post-race teardown, cleaning, inspection, and documentation of Cup cars. You will coordinate the Tear Down team, ensuring three cars are processed on the weekly schedule with precision and speed.

Ideal candidates bring strong mechanical experience, attention to detail, and the ability to balance hands-on work with team leadership in a fast-paced motorsports environment. Collaboration with Setup and Engineering is essential.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required; automotive certification preferred.
  • Previous hands-on automotive or motorsports experience required.
  • Experience leading or supervising a team preferred.
  • Fast-paced motorsports environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise Tear Down operations and coordinate weekly workflow.
  • Plan daily workload to ensure all three Cup cars are teardown-ready.
  • Manage timesheets, scheduling, and team needs.
  • Provide hands-on instruction and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain safety, accuracy, and quality in teardown and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Setup and Engineering teams.
