Job summary

Vox Media is seeking a Post-Production Supervisor to lead all post operations for branded content, coordinating editors, vendors, and workflows from brief to final delivery.

You will manage schedules, budget tracking, and asset delivery while partnering with Creative Directors and Producers to optimize systems and ensure high-quality assets across video and photography. This role is based in New York with a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience managing post-production in branded content or agency environments.
• Proficient in coordinating editors, colorists, and vendors.
• Knowledge of post-production workflows and media management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post operations and schedules for campaigns.
• Onboard and manage external post-support and budgets.
• Maintain SOPs and scalable post-production processes.
• Ensure delivery specs and quality control across video and photo assets.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors and Producers on workflows.
