Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Publication/Assistant to support the UCAN film post production group in Providence. The role collaborates with production managers and coordinators across live performance, post production, and archival tasks. A graduation is required and organization skills are essential.

You will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and assist with onboarding for Netflix new hires, while maintaining confidentiality and handling after-hours requests as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as an assistant, ideally on a post production crew.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment while supporting multiple initiatives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to continue learning modern post production processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist post production team across Studio, independent and Documentary projects.
• Coordinate large crew meetings with key production partners.
• Manage schedules and take notes at crew meetings.
• Document and protect materials in Google Drive and Netflix tooling/auditing.
• Support onboarding for Netflix new hires.
