Job summary

Premierind in Blaine, MN is seeking a detail-oriented Post Process Technician to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on handling, deburring, cleaning and inspecting components in a controlled environment to meet quality standards.

You will operate and maintain ultrasonic cleaners, sterilizers, and finishing tools, perform QC inspections, document activities, and support training of new team members while maintaining safety and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in post-processing, finishing, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-processing operations such as cleaning, deburring, and inspecting components to meet quality specifications.
• Operate and maintain post-processing equipment, including ultrasonic cleaners, sterilizers, and other finishing tools.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all products meet regulatory and industry standards.
• Follow strict guidelines for documentation and reporting in compliance with manufacturing regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve post-processing issues to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene protocols.
• Assist in training new team members on post-processing best practices.
