Job summary

Deluxe Manufacturing Operations LLC is seeking a qualified Bindery Operator for a Monday–Friday 3:00pm–11:00pm shift. You will operate post-press equipment, perform setup, monitor quality, and ensure efficiency in processing multiple product types.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, basic computer proficiency, and strong communication to coordinate with team members and supervisors. A retention incentive applies for this shift.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong PC knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• General Bindery Operator duties include Advent Machine operation, Cutting, Handwork, 3 hole drilling, and packing.
• Perform a complete set-up of the press in an efficient manner, which may include: monitor/maintain equipment, a stock area with supplies, check order shipments, stamp and proofread customer orders and generate labels.
• Determine and understand all order instructions and running of press productively while, meeting job requirements of ink density, ink and water balance, color matching, and required attributes at a quality level that meets or exceeds our customer’s expectations.
• Resolve production issues by altering process to meet additional specifications and notify Team Manager to obtain additional information or resources as required.

Cutter III Custom Binder Shift: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm $2000 Retention Bonus

Cutter III Custom Binder Operates moderately complex post-press equipment of intermediate to advanced difficulty. Typically requires preventive maintenance functions to be performed. Likely to utilize basic to intermediate computer systems in the completion of duties. Equipment operators at this level typically process multiple product types.

Compensation

The compensation range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00 hourly. This position will be eligible for an annual performance incentive plan. The base pay actually offered will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, location, experience and take into account internal equity.
