Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Mother/Baby nurse (Postpartum RN) to care for mothers and newborns after birth in Seattle. You will monitor for post‑partum complications, provide infant care guidance, and support families as they prepare for discharge.

Job description

As a Mother/Baby nurse, also sometimes called a Postpartum RN, you'll be tasked with caring for both mother and child after birth has taken place. Mother/Baby RNs carefully monitor both patients, providing care and watching for any post-birth complications that may arise. Mother/Baby RNs also help counsel new parents on the first steps of infant care prior to their release from the hospital.

Basic travel nursing requirements

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
