Job summary

Ingenovis Health, in partnership with Riverspan and UK King’s Daughters, is seeking a Labor and Delivery Nurse to care for women through labor and birth. You will monitor mother and baby before, during, and after delivery, and assist in the delivery process with skilled, compassionate care.

Travel positions offer guaranteed weekly hours, health insurance options, licensure reimbursement, CEU assistance, and travel support. This role requires 1–2 years of L&D experience and an active U.S. license.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent L&D nursing experience.
• Active nursing license in any U.S. state.
• Certifications as required by the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support for laboring women.
• Monitor mother and baby before, during, and after birth.
• Assist during delivery and immediate postpartum care.
• Educate patients and families.

Job description

As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you are responsible for providing care and support for women during labor and childbirth. You'll monitor mother and baby before, during, and after birth and assist throughout the process, including during delivery. L&D RNs use their special training and knowledge to help ensure the safety of patients both large and small.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:- 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care- Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states- Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit- An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
