Ingenovis Health is partnering with UK King’s Daughters as the employer of record for Riverspan to offer a flexible nurse workforce. This Mother/Baby RN role focuses on caring for both mother and baby after birth, with guidance and support provided to families during hospitalization.

As a travel nurse, you will monitor patients, address post-delivery concerns, and share infant-care instructions before discharge.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years recent experience in Mother/Baby care
• Active RN license in at least one US state
• Certifications as may be requested by the facility/unit

Responsibilities

Job description

As a Mother/Baby nurse, also sometimes called a Postpartum RN, you'll be tasked with caring for both mother and child after birth has taken place. Mother/Baby RNs carefully monitor both patients, providing care and watching for any post-birth complications that may arise. Mother/Baby RNs also help counsel new parents on the first steps of infant care prior to their release from the hospital.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:- 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care- Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states- Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit- An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
