Job summary

Revo/ i-Health invites applications for a Registered Nurse for the Excel Program in Minnesota. This part-time (.75 FTE) role features a day/night rotation with heavier day shifts at the Eagan and Blaine sites, delivering high-quality postoperative care within a multidisciplinary orthopedic program.

The role emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation, with a strong focus on patient education and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an NLN accredited school of registered nursing.
• Current licensure as a RN in the State of MN or WI multi-state required.
• Two years of post-operative care or critical care nursing experience in the last 3-5 years preferred.
• Current CPR certification required or completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assesses physical, psychological, spiritual, cultural, educational and developmental dimensions of the patient from admission through discharge and provides written documentation.
• Assesses and documents patient condition and responses to nursing/medical interventions and communicates this to the appropriate persons.
• Develops an individualized plan of care based on assessment and diagnoses.
• Collaborates with other disciplines to maximize patient outcomes during post-operative care.
• Provides care based on plan and patient needs, including post-operative care and education.
