Job summary

Revo Health's Twin Cities Orthopedics Excel Program is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse in Eagan, MN. This .75 FTE role is on-site with day/night rotations, heavier daytime shifts, and an hourly wage between $43.85 and $65.77.

You will deliver high-quality care, assess and document patient status, develop care plans, collaborate with the surgical team, and educate patients and families throughout the post-operative experience.

Qualifications

• NLN-accredited RN program graduate.
• Current MN or WI RN license.
• Two years post-operative or critical care experience preferred.
• CPR certification required or completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition from admission to discharge and document findings.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about procedures, care plans, and post-op care.
• Maintain accurate charting and adhere to policies and safety standards.
