Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced M&A Post Merger Integration Manager in our Technology Advisory practice in the United States. You will lead complex integration programs across the merger lifecycle, translating deal objectives into executable plans and guiding cross-functional teams to realize synergies after close.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of consulting experience, ERP integration exposure, and strong executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5–7 years of professional industry or consulting experience.
• Experience with ERP implementations or tech integrations in M&A contexts.
• Experience developing cross-functional integration plans with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integration engagements across pre-close planning, Day 1 readiness, 100 days, synergy realization, and post-close stabilization.
• Direct Integration Management Office activities and cross-functional workstreams for complex transactions.
• Develop integration roadmaps, governance structures, and milestones with client leadership.
• Drive risk identification and mitigation and maintain accountability for priorities.
• Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and synergy tracking materials.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets and coach consultants across teams.
