Inova Health System is seeking an APP (NP/PA) to join the Post Heart Transplant outpatient team at the Fairfax Medical Campus. Five 8-hour shifts Monday–Friday, no weekend requirement, with rotating on-call duties. APP experience preferred; prior transplant/cardiology experience preferred.

The role involves frontline collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, day-shift coverage, and a 12-week onboarding period to ensure competency in outpatient transplant care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited NP or PA program with eligibility to practice in Virginia.
• Current prescriptive privileges and DEA license required.
• BLS and ACLS for Healthcare Provider required with expiration >90 days from start.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide outpatient care at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus.
• Provide day-shift coverage with no weekend requirements.
• Handle rotating on-call duties for patient communication 24/7.
• Deliver outpatient coverage at the Post Heart Transplant Clinic.
• Complete 12 weeks onboarding and orientation.
