Job summary

Prosper Cannabis Company in Constantine, MI is seeking a Post-Harvest Manager to lead the trim and post-harvest operations, enforce SOPs, and coordinate with the Head Grower. You will oversee deboning, dry room turns, packaging, and QA/QC, ensuring METRC compliance and product quality.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of cannabis management, strong trimming skills, proficiency with METRC and Excel, and a willingness to work weekends and long hours while maintaining safety and a positive team

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of professional management experience in a related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in the cannabis industry.
Strong hand trimming skills and ability to teach a team to trim.
Full understanding of METRC and proper entry procedures.
Familiarity with Michigan compliance regulations.
Proficiency in Excel and ability to draft/update spreadsheets daily.
Subject to state background check.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and flexible schedules.
Must live near or relocate within 45 miles of Constantine, MI.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of post-harvest production including daily monitoring of deboning, dry room turns, and trim processes.
Assist with SOP development and training for all post-harvest trim techs.
Oversee packaging of finished products including bulk, pre-pack, and joints.
Coordinate 3rd party testing scheduling and documentation.
Ensure staff follows SOPs and state regulations.
Develop preventative maintenance schedules for equipment.
