Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. in Owosso, MI seeks a Post Harvest Lead to oversee trimming, bucking, curing, and quality checks, ensuring product integrity and safety in a highly regulated cannabis operation.

You will supervise daily post harvest workflows, maintain accurate logs, enforce SOPs and OSHA guidelines, coordinate with curing and drying areas, and uphold the company’s standards for clean, compliant product ready for packaging.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older as per state law.
• Must pass a background check.
• Experience in regulated cannabis cultivation preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Trim over 1,000 grams a day (when trimming).
• Buckle over 60 plants a day (when bucking).
• Cure product in cure room per schedule.
• Retrieve/return product for cure and drying operations.
• Inspect product for mold, diseases, or abnormalities.
• Maintain sanitation and cleaning of all work areas and tools.
• Follow SOPs and OSHA regulations; keep accurate records.
