Good Day Farm in the United States is seeking a motivated Post Harvest Tech I to support daily post harvest operations. This entry level role focuses on production tasks, following SOPs, and performing duties efficiently and safely.

You will hang harvests to dry, assist with bucking, trimming, sorting, and basic data logging. The role emphasizes a clean, compliant workspace and collaboration with Tech II/III and leads to maintain high product quality.

Formación

• Basic understanding of cannabis cultivation and post-harvest processes.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining product quality.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Quality Control on Conveyor Line: perform quality control checks and ensure compliance with quality standards; report deviations to supervisor; assist in removing defective plant material.
• Harvest and Drying Support: assist in harvest and drying, prep drying rooms and equipment, maintain a clean, organized workspace.
