Job summary

Custom Structures of South Dakota LLC in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Post Frame Foreman to lead our construction teams from start to finish, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. You will interpret drawings, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, enforce safety standards, manage materials, and mentor crew members to exceed client expectations.

This role requires hands-on supervision, problem solving on-site, and strict adherence to budgets and schedules to maintain our reputation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in post frame construction.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to work independently and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
