Job summary

Cleary Building Corp. is seeking a Carpenter in Lebanon, IN to join a respected team building high-quality pre-engineered post frame structures. You will construct buildings from the ground up and operate a variety of tools, working outdoors in all weather conditions.

The role offers comprehensive on-the-job training, structured development programs, and clear pathways to Foreman in Training and advanced leadership roles within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Willing to learn and grow in the role.
• Prior experience in construction is a plus – but not required.
• Weather pay and travel pay (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Construct post frame buildings from the ground up.
• Operate a variety of basic hand and power tools.
• Work at heights on ladders and aerial platforms (up to 35 feet).
• Deliver value and quality to clients on every project.
• No prior post-frame construction experience? Training will teach you the skills needed.
