Job summary

K-Construction is hiring for a Laborer position where you’ll learn a trade, build discipline, and grow into leadership roles. You’ll follow the Foreman, prepare daily plans, move materials, and help keep the site safe and productive while developing skills that lead to advancement.

Previous construction experience isn’t required—character, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter most—and you’ll have a clear path from Laborer to Skilled Laborer, Lead Man, and Foreman with ongoing training and

Responsibilities

• Check Buildertrend for the day's plan and prepare accordingly.
• Load trucks with the tools, PPE, equipment, and materials needed for the job.
• Follow direction from the Foreman and Lead Man.
• Provide the labor needed to keep the crew productive and projects moving forward.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
• Learn proper construction methods, tools, and techniques.
• Ask questions, accept coaching, and continually improve your skills.
• Work toward a personal development plan and advancement to Skilled Laborer.

Ideal:

• Previous construction, agricultural, mechanical, or trades experience
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation

Previous construction experience is helpful, but it isn't required. Character, work ethic, and the willingness to learn matter more.
