Job summary

Cleary Building Corp in Escanaba, MI is seeking a Carpenter to join a respected team of construction professionals building high-quality pre-engineered post frame structures. You will construct buildings from the ground up and operate a range of basic hand and power tools on projects across various weather conditions. No prior post-frame experience?

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Prior experience in construction or the trades is a plus – but not required.
• Willing to learn and grow in the role.

Responsibilities

• Construct post frame buildings from the ground up.
• Operate a variety of basic hand and power tools.
• Work at heights on ladders and aerial platforms (up to 35 feet).
• Enjoy stable, year-round employment.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Continuously learn and develop skills in carpentry, framing, and construction.
• Deliver value and quality to clients on every project.
• No prior post-frame construction experience? That's okay. Through comprehensive on-the-job training, experienced mentors, and structured development programs, you'll learn the skills needed to become a successful construction professional.
