Job summary

Pritchard Sports is seeking a Post Event Manager to oversee cleaning operations at David Booth Memorial Stadium in Lawrence, KS. The role reports to the Site Manager and manages staff, schedules, and post-event checklists to ensure a clean and safe facility after every event.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience, be bilingual in English/Spanish, and have familiarity with janitorial tasks. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Management or supervisory experience mentioned in the ad.
• Bilingual English/Spanish capability specified as preferred.
• Janitor/ Cleaning experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, schedule and execute cleaning operations for the Post Event Shift.
• Deploy staff and ensure equipment is set up prior to shift.
• Ensure supplies, equipment and labor are available to complete tasks.
• Check-in staff, deploy sheets and assign staff for proper coverage.
• Provide training and communicate policies and procedures.
• Inspect facility during shifts to ensure work is completed on budgeted hours.
• Complete post-event tracking and reports, and report safety concerns.
• Stay on site until relieved by Day Manager.
