Job summary

Pritchard Sports & Entertainment Group is seeking a Post Event Manager for David Booth Memorial Stadium in Lawrence, KS. The role oversees cleaning/janitorial duties, staff, and administrative responsibilities for the Post Event Shift, ensuring the arena is cleaned after events and service standards are met.

The position reports to the Site Manager and requires on-site work with potential for growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Janitorial/cleaning experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, schedule and execute cleaning operations for the Post Event Shift.
• Decide how staff should be deployed and ensure equipment is set up prior to shift start.
• Ensure supplies, equipment and labor are available to complete tasks.
