SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Principal Investigator, and within established policies and procedures, performs scientific investigative research in in placebo studies and applied cognitive psychology. This includes participation in ongoing funded projects and mentored research. This position is contingent upon grant-funding. Minimum 2 years' research experience in a related discipline. Must be at the ABD stage at minimum.
Opportunities for remote work can be considered. Sufficient visual acuity and manual dexterity to use computer keyboard and other common lab and office equipment.
Performs independently within department policies and practices. Refers specific complex problems to supervisor where clarification of departmental policies and procedures may be required.
Ability to train and work with volunteers and students on projects.
