We are seeking a Postdoctoral Fellow to investigate the mechanisms underlying tumor heterogeneity and plasticity in melanoma, aiming to identify novel treatment strategies. The research focuses on pathway dependencies and vulnerabilities in drug-tolerant persister cells to prevent metastasis and improve treatments. Additional interests include alterations in the extracellular matrix during drug tolerance and therapies affecting the tumor immune microenvironment to enhance immunotherapy responses. Our work spans molecular mechanisms to clinical applications, utilizing molecular and cellular biology, 3D cell culture, flow cytometry, omics, and mouse models.
