Job summary

State of Georgia is seeking a Post Doctoral Fellow in psychology to advance clinical assessment and treatment under licensed supervision. The role involves diagnosing and evaluating behavioral, emotional, and cognitive disorders using interviews, tests, and observation.

The incumbent will apply behavioral theories to develop treatment programs, including counseling and research, helping clients improve overall functioning across physical, cognitive, emotional, social, and interpersonal domains.

Qualifications

  • Doctorate in clinical or counseling psychology from an APA-accredited college or university
  • Completion of an APA-approved psychology internship
