Qualifications
Minimum Education and ExperiencePhD in ecological sciences or related field. Excellent communication skills, experience in database construction, scientific writing, project management. Knowledge of renewable energy systems, economics, or policy preferred.
Certifications/Licenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAdvanced knowledge of ecology, biodiversity policy, evidence synthesis, or simulation modeling.
Equipment UtilizedAdvanced computing systems.
Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentAbility to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors.
Overview
  1. Works independently to solve complex problems, develops novel techniques, publishes research.
  2. Collects and maintains data, provides analysis for publications and reports.

  4. Secures external funding, serves as technical contact for grants/contracts, coordinates research plans.
StatementThis is a grant-funded position renewable up to one year, contingent on funding and performance.
