Responsibilities

• Participate in lab meetings and data analysis; prepare manuscripts and aid in grant applications.
• Develop performance standards and coordinate analytical functions with research areas.
• Assist in ongoing research and evaluate procedures; propose revisions and new procedures.
• Support program implementation in special areas of interest to the department.
• Adhere to Rutgers compliance policies and stay updated on regulations.
