Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a dependable post-construction cleaner to learn and perform cleaning duties for new construction buildings and homes. Responsibilities include vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms, and carpet shampooing.

The ideal candidate has experience with cleaning equipment, a strong work ethic, and takes pride in quality work. This is a daytime position from 8:00 to 16:00 with occasional overtime and weekends off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Excellent stamina and physical health.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust woodwork, and remove trash from jobsite.
• Clean windows, tubs, floors and kitchens of new construction homes and buildings.
• Sweep, vacuum and mop to remove drywall dust.
• Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is complete.
• Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the site manager of major repairs.

We’re looking to hire a hard-working post-construction cleaner who can learn to clean new construction buildings and homes. You’ll be responsible for all cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms with soapy water, and shampooing carpets. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done. This is a daytime position. 8-4 with occasional overtime. Weekends off.
