Clever Real Estate’s Clever Closings division is seeking a detail‑oriented Post Closing Specialist in Addison, TX. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely handling of closing documents after a transaction is completed, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to finalize file processing.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Operations and requires 3–5 years of post‑closing experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with title/escrow software such as

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; real estate knowledge a plus.
• 3–5 years post‑closing experience in a multi‑state environment.
• Experience with Simplifile for electronic recording; Qualia preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear and professional communication with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Audit post‑closing files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Submit recording documents to jurisdictions across the country.
• Validate recording and transfer/mortgage tax fees.
• Reconcile recording fees and process refunds.
• Index final documents in loan/title systems.
• Communicate with lenders and stakeholders to finalize tasks.
