Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a team.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Perform reviews (daily, weekly, monthly) to evaluate performance against quality standards.
  • Identify and rate production quality issues overall.
  • Provide a final summary report to leadership after discussing risk ratings.
  • Assist leadership with training programs targeted to department needs or teammate issues.
  • Support post closing with additional resources.
  • Work with origination partners to improve processes using data from Feedback loop.

Perform comprehensive quality reviews with a focus on operational risk management, internal manual controls, state guidelines and product specific internal overlays. Assists segment leadership in providing meaningful input though comprehensive reviews and oversight of data integrity and documenting quality trends.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Perform reviews (daily, weekly, monthly) to evaluate individual performance compared to internal departmental quality standards.
  2. Identify and rate any production quality issues overall.
  3. Provide a final summary report to leadership once IQR and department management discuss and assess final risk ratings.
  4. Assist leadership with training programs targeted toward department needs or individual teammate issues.
  5. Support post closing with additional resources.
  6. Work with origination partners to improve processes utilizing data from Feedback loop

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

The annual base salary for this position is $65,000 to $70,000.
