Qualifications

• Not have felony convictions or related disqualifications
• Must possess valid Tennessee Operator License

Responsibilities

• Patrol campus areas
• Direct, monitor, and control pedestrian and vehicle traffic
• Enforce traffic and parking violations as necessary
• Investigate suspected crimes, report findings, and arrest suspects
• Investigate motor vehicle accidents, report probable cause and pursue action
• Prepare reports, case files, and provide testimony in court or legal proceedings
• Operate and maintain all assigned law enforcement equipment
• Maintain POST certification by completing annual in-service training
• Meet local bonding requirements and weapons-use standards
• Performs other related duties as assigned
