Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, or Materials Science.
• 3+ years in foundry, metals, heavy industrial, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing.
• Experience with chemical/thermal processing, grinding, blending, machining.
• Ability to interpret complex drawings and specs.
• Strong troubleshooting and project management.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve post-casting processes from shell removal to conformance.
• Support leaching, heat treatment, machining, blending, finishing.
• Develop process standards, tooling, and equipment programming.
• Drive continuous improvement on quality, throughput, yield, cost.
• Ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate across operations, quality, maintenance, leadership.
• Analyze data and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product introductions and process validation.
