• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and assist with litigation strategy.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and witnesses.
• Assist attorneys in managing complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Support trial preparation and case management.
