Albert & Mackenzie is seeking a Law Clerk to support our California workers’ compensation defense practice. You will gain hands-on experience in case management, reporting, and legal research while working with experienced attorneys.

Ideal candidates are planning to take the July 2028 California Bar Exam and have completed the MPRE, with strong writing and organizational skills. Remote or office-based, full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• A law degree from an accredited law school.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Dropbox or other shared cloud storage.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

(Must be planning to take the July 2028 California Bar Exam. Must have passed the MPRE and received Moral Character determination approval by the time the position begins in September 2028)

Compensation

$75,000/year for full-time, plus a $50 monthly electronics reimbursement

Location

Remote OR from one of our office locations: Agoura Hills, Encino, Oxnard, Ontario, Anaheim, San Diego

Note: The ideal candidate will be hard-working, inquisitive, and willing to take initiative. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A law degree and pending California State Bar results are required.
