Job summary

The role requires planning to take the July 2028 California Bar Exam, passing MPRE, and impending Bar results by September 2028. Responsibilities include negotiating with lien claimants, using a case management system, drafting client reports,

Qualifications

• A law degree from an accredited law school.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, spelling, and grammar skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Dropbox or other shared cloud storage.
• Ability to interact effectively with the public, clients, and employees; maintain confidentiality and use discretion and tact; work independently in the absence of specific instruction.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and pride in work product are essential.

(Must be planning to take the July 2028 California Bar Exam. Must have passed the MPRE and received Moral Character determination approval by the time the position begins in September 2028)

Compensation:

$75,000/year for full-time, plus a $50 monthly electronics reimbursement

Remote OR from one of our office locations: Agoura Hills, Encino, Oxnard, Ontario, Anaheim, San Diego

Note: The ideal candidate will be hard-working, inquisitive, and willing to take initiative. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. A law degree and pending California State Bar results are required.
