Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business or Public Administration, Accounting, or related fields with 3 years of progressively responsible experience in research administration; or a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of progressively responsible experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience managing a collaborative.
• Expertise in university research administration, including post‑award management and knowledge of NIH, NSF, DOD, DOE, USDA requirements.
• In‑depth understanding of Uniform Guidance, cost principles, general accounting principles, and audit requirements for federal awards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and director for the Post‑Award services team (35%).
• Oversee Post‑Award operational activities (25%).
• Create, coordinate, update and support training for Post‑Award staff (20%).
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement (15%).
