Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a team of post-award coordinators/administrators.
• Oversee the outgoing subaward process.
• Provide mentorship and professional development for team members.
• Set performance expectations and conduct evaluations.
• Manage annual goals, resource allocation and merit decisions.
• Draft and update post-award policies in line with regulations.
• Coordinate with PIs and university offices on post-award activities.
• Ensure timely financial reporting and compliance.
