Job summary

Atlantic Health Clinical Research & Innovation Institute – Sponsored Projects Administration is seeking a Clinical Research & Innovation Manager, Post-award to lead post-award finance, CTMS, and compliance for sponsored programs across trials and grants. The role partners with investigators and finance to safeguard resources and optimize performance.

The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in a related field, 5+ years in sponsored projects administration, and strong Excel/financial reporting skills to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or related field.
Up to 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in sponsored projects administration or clinical research finance.
Experience with CTMS, federal grant awards, and Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200).
Excellent communication and Excel/financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee post-award financial administration of industry-sponsored trials and grants.
Manage cash receipts, invoicing, AR, and revenue cycle within CTMS.
Ensure compliance with Uniform Guidance and sponsor terms.
Prepare financial reports and dashboards for leadership.
