Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or a related field.
• 4–6 years of directly related experience in post‑award management or grant/clinical trial administration.
• Ability to multi-task and oversee several projects with fiduciary responsibilities.
• Strong communication, diplomacy, judgment, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists PIs with all financial administrative responsibilities related to post award grant and clinical trial management.
• Reviews grant/clinical trial expenditures and ensures compliance with regulations and policies.
• Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, auditing and invoicing.
• Forecasts budgets, performs cost analyses, and prepares fiscal projections for funding sources.
