Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory in New York seeks a detail oriented Grant Administrator (Post-Award) to manage the financial and administrative aspects of awarded grants, ensuring compliance with sponsor regulations and institutional policies while supporting PIs in funded projects.

This on-site role encompasses post-award analytics, budget preparation, reporting, and ERP systems such as Workday; coordinating progress reports, sub-award invoicing, carryover requests, and training staff in grant

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, business, finance, biology, or computer science
• Grant experience preferred but not required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Workday and/or Not-for-Profit ERP experience a plus
• ERP analytics experience a plus

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with institutional policies and sponsor regulations
• Manage third-party award set-ups, sub-award invoicing and monitoring
• Conduct post-award analytics and reporting for ERP/HRS systems
• Coordinate preparation and submission of progress reports and budgets
• Maintain scientific reporting schedules and engage investigators and administrators
• Assist with carryover, re-budgeting and no-cost extension requests
• Train staff on electronic grant applications and management systems
