We are offering a sign-on bonus of $25,000 to hires who meet the eligibility requirements. We also offer additional pay for participation in our clinical ladder, referral bonuses, excellent benefits, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered license to practice in the State of Arkansas
• 6 months of acute care experience required (new graduates or nurses who have never worked in an acute care setting are hired through our residency training program)
• Previous outpatient/pre-op experience is preferred but not required
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association is required

Overview

As a PACU Nurse at CHI St Vincent Hot Springs, you will utilize skills in the recovery room and beyond. Most patients never realize the part you played in helping them through one of their most vulnerable moments. Honoring your commitment to care for others is its own reward. Our leadership is visible, and the hospital is expanding its services. Call is required and is based on shift and patient volume.

Every day, you will review consent forms, answer questions about procedures, perform preoperative assessments, and prepare patients for various surgical procedures.
