TeamHealth is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our Stevensville post-acute care team in Michigan. This full-time role involves rounding in skilled nursing facilities with strong support, training, autonomy, and earning potential.

Compensation is fee-for-service with an annual range and no cap on productivity income. You will provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population and collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• Current physician license (State of Michigan) and DEA.
• Post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlook.

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations
