Qualifikationen

• Comprehensive patient assessments including histories and exams.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care for outcomes.

• Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
