TeamHealth is seeking a quality-driven physician to join our post-acute care team in the Austin, Texas area. This full-time role involves rounding in skilled nursing facilities with strong support, training, autonomy, and earning potential.

Service is fee-for-service with an estimated compensation range and no cap on productivity income. You will collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population, while building meaningful

Qualifikationen

• Current Physician license (State of Texas) and DEA.
• Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach.
