MedCap Health is seeking a post-acute physician to oversee medical care in long-term skilled nursing facilities. Flexible schedules, day-time hours, and physician-led support offer autonomy and balance.

Here are the minimum qualifications:

• Board certification (or eligibility) in internal medicine, critical care, family practice, or geriatrics
• Leadership experience - highly desired

You'll play a pivotal part in patients' health and happiness as you lead a team of multi-specialists and nurse practitioners in providing attentive, accurate, and hospital-level care. Working in skilled nursing facilities, you'll maintain a safe and productive environment where patients' needs are fully met. You'll also assist with complex cases and jump in to help your team as needed.
