Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in carrying out treatment plans and gather data for Section GG.
• Support treatment plans, including exercises, modalities, and mobility training.
• Monitor residents' performance and report changes to the supervising PT.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMRs and care records.
• Educate residents and families on safe mobility techniques.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab team.
